Shipment

All orders are shipped within twenty four hours of being received. There are no handling or shipping charges for any order. We ship to all places worldwide where there is a postal service. Once the order is placed, please allow in between seven to ten days for the product to arrive.

We do not handle or store any credit card information. All payments are processed securely through CyberSource an established third party payment processor that currently handles payments for literally thousands of websites on the internet. We do not charge our customers any amount for payment processing. Currently accepted credit cards include Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

How to return a product

Instructions for returning a product:

In order to receive a refund, product packaging must be returned and should be placed in a larger box or padded envelope to insure against damage (use the one we sent you originally!) .

We suggest that you mail it to us return receipt requested and insured, however we will accept any type of delivery service such as Federal Express or UPS etc. Although returns are processed immediately as received, sometimes it takes a while for your credit card company or bank to credit your account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit to show up on your next statement. .
